They are growing quickly already - and very mobile!! 
The staining on Momma Natasha is slowly starting to fade - with the help of two washes!

Well - it took us a bit of time to get these done - just a bit busy - and the winter storms and power outages have not helped any! But finally - we got their first photos done!

Natasha went into labour on Tuesday January 13th, late in the afternoon.  She had been digging and nesting most of Monday so we knew delivery was imminent.

She had been bred to our boy Trip - a son of the top Samoyed in Canada for the last two years. 





Puppies finally started arriving on Wednesday morning, with the first born at 10:30 AM.  We thought "great - another daytime delivery - how nice!" Little did we know!!  
Tasha eventually delivered 8 puppies - over the next 36 hours!!
Unfortunately, two were stillborn - the long delivery time took its toll. But Tasha took her time, and was never stressed about anything at all - wish I could say as much for us!
